Tandon Budget & Finance provides strategic financial services and operational support to academic & administrative units. The team assists the community in two key areas:

Budget
Provide analyses that facilitate proper budget management & financial planning per University guidelines. Some of the major functions include:

  • Quarterly departmental reporting
  • Annual budget planning
  • Ongoing review of financial resources
  • Ad-hoc analyses & strategic planning for Tandon and the broader NYU


Finance
Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure policy compliance and the accurate & timely processing of various financial transactions including, but not limited, to reimbursements, purchase orders, and student stipends

To provide decision-makers with thoughtful, timely, accurate analysis to support data-driven decisions, and to continuously improve the fiscal operations of the school.
