Qin is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, advised by Professor S. Farokh Atashzar. Her research will be focused on explainable AI in medical signal processing for human-robot interfacing. Before joining the Ph.D. program, she obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from NYU Tandon and a Master’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Modeling from City University of New York, Baruch College.
