Pat Bowers is a senior executive with experience in talent management, staffing and infrastructure strategy, change management, benefits, compensation, systems integration, financial operations and HR legal compliance. Prior to joining CUSP, Pat served as trusted advisor and strategist to NYU’s Global team, where she led policy development initiatives for University HR, NYU Abu Dhabi and NYU’s Global Academic Centers. Prior to consulting for NYU, Pat held senior management roles at Morgan & Finnegan LLP, Saul Ewing LLP, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide.
Pat has a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a LL.M. (Tax Law) from NYU School of Law, and a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Wagner College.
