Project Team: Hybrid Work Options of the Future.

Sponsored by Executive Vice President Martin Dorph, NYU Management Fellows is a cohort-based program for 24 mid-level, high potential administrators who wish to pursue leadership development to prepare themselves for next-level roles within NYU. The initiative focuses on building leadership skills and enterprise-wide thinking by providing opportunities for administrators to work on strategic projects, coupled with structured learning modules.

NYU Tandon Distinguished Award for Excellence - Inspiration Through Leadership, 2021

This leadership award is for individuals who play a key role in influencing the culture and climate of NYU Tandon School of Engineering through inspiration. The recipient is one who is deeply committed to NYU Tandon School of Engineering and its mission, and is continuously looking for opportunities to improve. The individual possesses the ability to motivate others in the NYU Tandon School of Engineering community by creating a sense of vision and then providing the support that is needed in order to be successful.

The Inspiration through Leadership award goes to the recipient who:

Provides leadership through an efficient and effective manner and approaches his/her work and colleagues with openness and honesty to both inspire and invest trust;

Brings leadership by motivating others toward the ongoing pursuit of excellence;

Has the ability to provide leadership while effectively influencing change or direction on new projects and initiatives;

Provides leadership by working with colleagues and peers in the creation of knowledge and advancement of excellence or service at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.


NYU Administrative Management Council - Elected Representative

Elected (twice) as a representative for the Tandon School of Engineering. "The AMC is comprised of NYU administrators—management and professional personnel—elected from within each school or division. The AMC initiates, deliberates, and responds to the issues and concerns of its constituents and the University community. The AMC is committed to promoting the professional growth and development of NYU administrators, and is deeply committed to community service."

Together @ TMI - Committee Member

Together @ TMI reflects the commitment of the department of Technology Management and Innovation to diversity and inclusion. It emerged from the collaborative work of a committee of students, staff and faculty who came together in Fall 2021 to brainstorm and develop a strategic vision as well as concrete actions to nurture TMI commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning community.
