Alesha Gooden (she/her/they) serves as Assistant Director in the Office of the Dean at NYU Tandon. In this role, she partners with executive leadership to implement university policy, optimize cross-functional workflows, and advance the school’s strategic priorities. She brings over a decade of experience leading organizational development and executive administration within higher education settings to this role.
Before joining Tandon, Alesha held positions at NYU’s School of Global Public Health, College of Arts and Science, and Office of Residential Life and Housing Services. Across these positions, she has focused on building processes and teams rooted in administrative efficiency, data-informed decision making, and equity and inclusion.
