
With over ten years experience in higher education facilities management, operations and administrative services, Ahmed is responsible for overseeing and coordinating vital day-to-day issues such as space allocations, campus events, renovation projects, and operations planning with a students-first vision. Ahmed also oversees the Media Services unit, that maintains, upgrades, and supports all classrooms on the NYU Brooklyn Campus.
Born and raised in New York City, Ahmed holds an undergraduate degree in Business Economics and a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from Pace University. Prior to joining Tandon, Ahmed held similar roles at Columbia University and Pace University. Ahmed is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and possesses certification in Planning and Design Construction from the APPA Institute for Facilities Management.
