During a panel discussion at the United Nations 62nd Session Of The Commission For Social Development, Julia Stoyanovich asserted that “AI should become synonymous with responsible AI.” When it comes to some U.S. state’s use of AI as a tool in determining criminal sentencing, Stoyanovich emphasized the importance of human agency: “We cannot outsource the work of being human to a machine.”
