Creation of ultra-sensitive biosensor gains attention from science press
The science press has recently taken notice of the research results from the Microparticle Photophysics Lab at NYU-Poly, headed by Dr. Stephen Arnold. In particular, an article published in Applied Physics Letters, Taking whispering gallery-mode single virus detection and sizing to the limit, has received much attention, due to the potential of such a discovery to help the diagnosis of diseases otherwise difficult to detect.
