Mr. Paguaga is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Technology Management - Polytechnic Institute of NYU. Mr. Paguaga is also an Adjunct Professor in the Management Science Department at St. Francis College as well as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount Manhattan College. Mr. Paguaga earned a Dual Concentration MBA in Marketing & Management from Pace University ( NYC ).
Mr. Paguaga’s professional career includes over 30 years’ experience of Bank Retail Management, Private Banking & Commercial / Business Lending in the Financial Services/Banking Industry.
As a Team Leader in RBWM ( Business Banking ) at HSBC, Mr. Paguaga develops & manages Business Banker Relationship Managers. He also coordinates & implements marketing strategies for Commercial/Business Credit & Financial Banking Services products for HSBC located in the New York City area.
