Mr. Paguaga is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Technology Management - Tandon School of Engineering (Polytechnic Institute of NYU). Mr. Paguaga is also an Adjunct Professor in the Management Science Department at St. Francis College as well as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount Manhattan College. Mr. Paguaga earned a Dual Concentration MBA in Marketing/Management from Pace University-NYC.
Mr. Paguaga’s professional career includes over 35 years’ experience of Bank Retail Management, Private Banking, New Product Development, & Commercial / Business Lending in the Financial Services/Banking Industry.
As a SVP - Business Development for City National Bank / Royal Bank of Canada, Mr. Paguaga develops & manages Business Development. He also coordinates & implements marketing strategies & new product strategies for Commercial/Business Credit & Financial Banking Services & Products.
