Beth Rosenberg is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Technology, Culture and Society at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering. She holds an MS Ed in Educational Technology--a dual degree in the School of Education and the Computer Science department and an MA in Art History.  Prior to teaching at NYU, she taught at The School of Visual Arts for 13 years and at CUNY-York College.

She is the Founder and Director of Tech Kids Unlimited (TKU) which takes place at The Ability Project at NYU Magnet.  TKU is a not-for-profit educational organization in NYC that teaches computer science principles and technology skills to students with autism spectrum and other learning and emotional challenges. In 2017, TKY won the Google Rise Award.  Annually, TKU sees 300 students with disabilities.

In her twenty-years plus experience as an educator in NYC she has worked collaboratively with teachers, students, technologists, academics, parents, families and schools. Her expertise includes curriculum, strategic development, program outreach, interpretive educational materials, partnerships and collaborations between cultural organizations, community organizations and schools.  

She has worked on education, special needs and technology projects for: The JCC in Manhattan, The 14th Street Y, The New York Hall of Science, The Jewish Museum, The New York Transit Museum, The New York City Department of Education and others.  She is the co-author of a special needs HTML curriculum for www.Codecademy.com:https://www.codecademy.com/en/tracks/special-needs. 
She was previously the Founding Director of Education at Eyebeam Art & Technology Center (www.eyebeam.org) and worked for ten years in the Education Department of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.
