Tom Quinn is Head of Enterprise Security for T. Rowe Price and serves as the firm’s Chief Information Security Officer. Before joining T. Rowe Price, he was Managing Director and Technology Controls Officer for JPMC Consumer and Community Banking. Previously, Tom was Managing Director, Chief Information Security Officer for BNY Mellon and Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer for State Street Corporation. He also managed both Infrastructure and Application Security teams at Goldman Sachs. Tom earned a B.A. in Political Science from Old Dominion University and a M.S. in Information Technology Management from Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
