Project Type:
Business Model/Process Improvement

This project developed an agile, data-driven decision framework to streamline product innovation within mature Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) categories. Facing 6-12 month stage-gate review cycles and departmental silos that slowed time-to-market, the team designed an integrated evaluation engine. This system connected R&D, consumer insights, strategy, and finance through a unified, weighted scorecard. When tested, the framework established clear DACI governance and structured gates to accelerate evaluation cycles by 40%. By embedding voice-of-consumer analytics and quantitative ROI benchmarks early in the pipeline, the solution reduced launch risks, eliminated decision bottlenecks, and optimized R&D resource allocation across consumer product portfolios.
