This project continued the work of two prior capstone projects, each of which used surface data to suggest subsurface infrastructure location and vulnerability. Students associated that data with potential economic and social impacts to develop a methodology to support changes in the practice of engineering-based infrastructure planning, management and failure. Students also developed a business model for products that utilize the method to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of city infrastructure planning.
