Global Challenge: Innovative, affordable healthcare technologies and equal access to quality STEM education

Bio:

Brian is an Electrical and Computer Engineering student looking to focus on Quantum Technology and the Aerospace industry. Born and raised in New York, he strongly believes in equal education and actively seeks out opportunities to learn about how the world and society function, applying this knowledge not only to his engineering discipline but to aid others as well.

As a NYU Stern IT desk assistant, Brian gets to learn to collaborate and help others with their technology issues, as well as be able to meet lots of people on the Manhattan campus. This role has allowed him to learn more ways to solve issues effectively, and how to teach effectively, which is critical to aid others.

Also involved in the VIP Rogue Aerospace, Brian has begun researching how to design PCB boards that can effectively communicate with the ground team, using tools such as Altium Designer, a PCB designer, and HFSS, a 3D electromagnetic simulator. With this, Brian plans to help the team achieve their goal of building the most effective rocket in order to win the competition.

Outside of school, Brian enjoys playing soccer, hanging out with friends, or exploring nature itself. But in his daily life, he usually loves to do photography and listen to music. He enjoys a wide range of music and usually loves to explore new music types.
