Bio:

Adithya is an undergraduate student at New York University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Raised in Brunei Darussalam with roots in India, Adithya’s worldview has been shaped by firsthand experiences in communities where a lack of access is the missing link to growth, and how his chosen major can bridge socioeconomic gaps.

As a Teaching Assistant for New York University’s Introduction to General Engineering program, Adithya aims to provide insight and mentorship to first-year undergraduate students. Adithya’s on-campus involvement with New York University’s Vertically Integrated Projects, more specifically Rogue Aerospace and RePrint Bot, has provided him with a strong foundation in relevant industry-related tools and skills.

Adithya has cultivated an interest in finance and aims to explore the cross-section between technology and financial markets. Initial on-campus involvement with consulting case competitions at New York University impelled Adithya to explore opportunities at the London School of Economics during his study abroad semester at New York University London, where Adithya joined the LSESU Business & Investment Group.

Outside of academia, Adithya is a member of the London School of Economics Lacrosse 1’s team and enjoys playing Lacrosse recreationally. Adithya spends his free time playing pick-up basketball, having played competitively in Brunei, hiking, swimming, watching films, and weightlifting.
