Stephanie Bermudez is Director of the Tandon Career Hub, where she leads strategy and operations to help students connect their academic experiences to meaningful career pathways. She brings over a decade of experience in edtech, higher education, non-profits, and corporate environments.

Prior to joining NYU, Stephanie led strategy and operations for career accelerators including Pathrise and Thinkful (Chegg). She's also worked across higher education and non-profits at NYIT, Queens College, and iMentor, where she held roles spanning advising, fundraising, and recruitment. She has both learned and taught abroad - experiences that shaped how she thinks about student success and career readiness from a global perspective.

Stephanie holds an MA in International Education from Universidad de Alcalá (Spain) and a BA in History, Philosophy, and Business from Macaulay Honors College at Queens College. She's passionate about helping students reach their goals and thrives on designing programs, building systems, and coaching individuals through their personal and professional journeys. She also serves on the junior board of NYC Outward Bound Schools, where she supports efforts to expand access to high-quality education for NYC public school students.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children (a six-week family adventure across Asia being a favorite!), reading, design projects, and testing out new baking recipes.
