Othmane Noumane recently joined the FRE Department as a researcher under the guidance of Amine Aboussalah. He is originally from Morocco and a recent graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO in Toulouse, where he studied Aerospace Engineering. He’s currently working on information geometry applied to state estimation and robust filtering, using the geometric structure of probability distributions to build estimators that are more reliable under uncertainty, with applications in navigation, control, and risk modeling. Outside of research, he enjoys the mountains, nature, and staying active.
