Ngoc Cindy Pham, Ph.D., is a Visiting Research Professor in the Department of Technology Management and Innovation and an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Koppelman School of Business, CUNY - Brooklyn College. Her research examines how individuals, organizations, and universities adopt emerging technologies, focusing on the gap between access to AI tools and genuine readiness to apply them effectively at work.

She is the Founder and Principal Investigator of BRIDGE AI Lab, an independent research initiative that studies how AI is reshaping specific occupations and develops role-specific capability frameworks in partnership with employers, universities, and workforce organizations. BRIDGE grew out of the CUNY AI Literacy and Professional Readiness Series, which she founded and leads.

Her commentary has appeared in The Hechinger Report, and she has written more than 65 columns for the leading Vietnamese national newspapers, Tuổi Trẻ and Thanh Niên. She has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and NBC News, discussed AI readiness on the Signals in Higher Ed podcast, and contributes to Verizon AI Skills for America. She was selected for the U.S. Department of State’s Fulbright Specialist Roster for 2026–2029 and serves on the editorial boards of BIMTECH Business Perspectives and American Business Review.
