Dr. Michael Hanna is an industry assistant professor of Biomedical Engineering at New York University with ten years of professional experience. Dr. Hanna has worked for medical device manufacturers, sheet metal manufactures and industrial automation companies. In addition to the professional experience, he has taught advanced manufacturing classes at Mercer County Community College for 5 years. Before starting his Phd program, he worked for a year as research assistant in the Center for Injury Biomechanics, Materials and Medicine (NJIT). Dr. Hanna’s research focused on studying traumatic brain injury biomechanics in blunt trauma as well as biomedical device design.
