Dr. DeVore provides specialized services related to dynamic systems and reinforcement learning. He provides analytical solutions in a variety of industries including construction, legal, and financial. Working as a data scientist, he has experience developing custom instrumentation systems, developing prediction models, and solving a variety of problems across many domains.
Dr. DeVore's research background is in structural dynamics and he is a recognized expert in the areas of structural health monitoring and control for buildings, bridges, and other structures. He has performed extensive research on damage detection algorithms including numerical simulation and laboratory testing; has field experience in civil damage detection; and has assisted research investigations into full-scale bridge monitoring.
