Dr. Sehic has over 15 years of professional experience in project planning, CPM scheduling, project risk analysis, cost estimating, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for a variety of transportation, educational, healthcare, commercial and residential projects. He has provided schedule consulting services to most of the major Owners, Real Estate developers, Construction Managers and GC’s throughout the NYC metropolitan area. He has expertise in the use of innovative construction technologies and system architectures to improve project delivery. As a BIM specialist, Dr. Sehic has worked to implement and integrate the use of 3D and 4D models into design and construction practices.
