Requesting a classroom for a Special Event or Meeting

Please submit your room request through your departmental administrator who can contact them at classroom.scheduling@nyu.edu. Response time is within two business days.

Conference Rooms

Departmental conference rooms are available to book directly using Virtual Event Management System (VEMS), the campus room booking tool used by Tandon faculty, administrators, and staff. During VEMS account activation, users are assigned access to the reservation templates corresponding to the user’s department. For more information, visit Event Services.
