15th Annual Conference on Human Capital Innovation in Technology and Analytics: The Impact of AI on Talent Management
The Conferences on Human Capital Innovation in Technology & Analytics have been organized annually since 2012 within the Department of Technology Management and Innovation at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Each year, these Conferences focus on a different critical issue, bringing together prominent thought leaders and experts who are at the cutting-edge of Human Capital Analytics and related technologies.
This year’s critical issue is “The Impact of AI on Talent Management.” As organizations rapidly redesign job architectures to integrate innovative AI applications, talent management must pivot to prioritize AI literacy. Successfully transitioning to an AI-enabled workplace requires robust upskilling and reskilling initiatives to ensure the workforce is equipped to drive ROI on these new technological investments. This conference provides a unique chance to hear thought leaders from industry, consulting, and academia explore what new developments in AI imply for the future of Talent Management. In the audience will be executives, managers, and professionals from AI and people analytics specialists to HR generalists, as well as faculty and students from various disciplines. This is a valuable opportunity to learn from leading experts to understand how organizations can improve their Talent Management programs and reap the benefits of AI.
