Negotiations pervade professional and personal relationships, whether hostile or collaborative. This 3-workshop series offers a practical framework for understanding and responding to your counterparts and achieving the best possible outcomes based on the parameters of a given scenario.
The workshops present a series of practical negotiation exercises between the participants, interspersed with brief 15-minute lectures and analysis of assigned reading. Content and instruction will be based on the work of Chris Voss, former lead hostage negotiator for the FBI.

About the instructor:
Vadim Gordin is Director of the NYU Tandon Future Labs A/X Venture Studio. He holds a JD from Capital University Law School with a concentration in Advanced Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. Vadim has used these negotiation strategies as a court-appointed mediator, in the sale of a business, over multiple investment rounds, and in many business transactions with both public and private entities.
