Ralph retired in 2000 as Vice President of Technology at AT&T Labs, NJ. Prior to that, Ralph served as Director for Bell Labs, NJ from 1963–1996. He currently serves as CEO at Executive Engineering Consultants in Fair Haven, NJ.
