The events of September 11, 2001 significantly impacted individuals and communities locally and globally. To continue the recovery efforts, NYU and NYC remain steadfast in promoting service opportunities with volunteering being one of the most popular forms of giving back. Therefore, on September 11, 2015, join NYU as the university participates in renovating Morningside Park in Manhattan's West Harlem. Arrive at the Kimmel Center by 9:00am for the group will depart at 9:30am and will return to campus at approximately 3:00pm.
