Polytechnic Institute of New York University Talent Management 2.0 is a strategic advance in the evolution of human capital management that integrates information technology, workforce analytics, organization science and economics. 

Systems to recruit, develop and retain talent will be addressed with a focus on technology innovation that drives HR in the era of Big Data.Speakers include prominent thought leaders in talent management as well as Big Data experts from industry and academia.  New technologies in the "War for Talent" will be revealed.  This is a valuable opportunity to network with leaders in this emerging field.

HR technology providers will have opportunities to network and present their services/products to a professional audience in search of solutions.
