Join the Department of Academic Success and Lackmann Culinary Services as we celebrate Mardi Gras. Open to the entire NYU-Poly community, participants will have a chance to experience some of the sights and sounds associated with this carnival celebration.
Stop by the third floor of the Jacobs building to take a walk down Bourbon St, NYU-Poly style, sampling a piece of King cake and other confectionery delights. Then, head down to the cafeteria to partake in some traditional New Orleans-style cuisine, courtesy of the Lackmann culinary team. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
