A Walk for Education (AWFE) is a community service event where the NYU-Poly NSBE Chapter and any other volunteers walk throughout a community in the local area and hand out free information regarding college applications, SAT/ACT prep, GED information, Financial Aid, Enrichment Programs and opportunities in Engineering to the people in the selected area.
Last year we were able to hand out approximately 200 bags and we hope to...do just as great this year! You know you need those community service hours! So join us in serving the community!
