Affiliated Physicians will be on campus to administer flu shots. The shots will be administered on a first come, first served basis. Flu shot administration will begin promptly at 11:30 am and will continue til 2:30 pm or until the last shot is given (which ever comes first). High turnout is expected, so please arrive early!
Faculty and Staff
This event will be open to all faculty and staff who are covered under NYU-Poly's Oxford Health insurance program. If you have any covered dependents, a spouse and/or domestic partner that would also like to get the flu shot, this event is also open to them. All you need is your Oxford ID card!
Student, Adjunct, and Other Non-Oxford Participants
For student, adjunct, and all other non-Oxford participants, if you would like to take advantage of the flu shots, you can participate with a $25 fee payable at the time you receive the shot. Please bring EXACT change.
RSVP
To reserve a flu vaccination, please email your full name, department and Oxford ID number (non-oxford participants: indicate your student/peoplesoft ID number) to: hr@poly.edu with the subject “Flu Shots.”
Reservations for vaccination will be held until 1:45 PM (45 minutes prior to the end of the event). After this time, they will be released to those on the waiting list.
