Kevin Chan

Kevin Chan is the Managing Partner of SEAVI Advent Private Equity, a leading Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm with assets under management of approximately $450 million. Over more than two decades in private equity and investment banking, Kevin has built a distinguished career spanning Asia and the United States, with expertise in fund management, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to his current role, Kevin held senior positions at HSBC Investment Bank Asia and Goldman Sachs Asia, where he worked on landmark transactions including the China Mobile IPO, the Chinese Government Global Bond Offering, and the PCCW Cyberworks RTO. Earlier in his career, he served as a founding management team member at Millicom International Cellular and as a network engineer at New York Telephone (now Verizon).

Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering from Cambridge University. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds asset management licenses in Hong Kong and Singapore.
