He has led analytical initiatives across more than 5,000 commercial facilities, collaborating with customers, utility companies, building automation partners, and internal teams to improve operational performance, reduce energy consumption, and achieve sustainability objectives.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Zeyu is an entrepreneur and innovator with a passion for green and sustainability technology. He jointly developed multiple patented technologies focused on improving HVAC efficiency and advancing sustainable building operations. Zeyu earned a Master of Science in Management of Technology from New York University Tandon School of Engineering.
