Réda Herbzi

Polytechnic Alumni Association - International Board of Directors

(Term ending August 31, 2029)

Mohamed Reda Herbzi is a technology and finance leader, entrepreneur, and researcher with more than a decade of experience spanning financial strategy, product management, business transformation, and technology. His career has included leadership roles at Dell Technologies and AMD, where he worked across global organizations and supported businesses with revenues exceeding $1 billion.

During nearly a decade at Dell Technologies, Reda held roles across finance, controllership, business management, and product management. His experience ranged from supporting operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to serving as a strategic finance partner to billion-dollar U.S. businesses and later helping lead product and portfolio initiatives. He subsequently joined AMD, where his work included financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting for a business exceeding $1 billion in revenue. Across these roles, Reda developed a particular interest in how technology, data, and organizational decision-making intersect to drive transformation.

Building on that experience, Reda founded Voushify, an AI-powered trust platform focused on helping people and organizations establish credibility through verified professional relationships, experiences, and recommendations. His work on Voushify reflects a broader interest in the role artificial intelligence can play in strengthening trust, decision-making, and human connection in an increasingly digital economy.

Reda is also pursuing doctoral research focused on business and AI-driven transformation, examining why transformation initiatives succeed or fail and how leaders can navigate the organizational challenges created by emerging technologies.

Reda earned his Master of Science in Financial Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering in 2013. As a member of the Polytechnic Alumni Association’s International Board of Directors, he looks forward to supporting the global Tandon community, strengthening alumni engagement, and contributing his experience across technology, finance, entrepreneurship, and transformation
