How it Works?
NYU Tandon partner organizations interested in setting up an Partner-Exclusive Recruiting Event with NYU Tandon will be paired with a dedicated career services manager who will launch a tailored campaign on behalf of your hiring effort.
All you have to do is provide a list of open positions with complete job descriptions to share specifically with NYU Tandon undergraduate and graduate students in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management of Technology, and Integrated Design & Media. Tandon’s internal team then filters résumés, confirming candidates meet ALL criteria as specified by your hiring managers to ensure only the most qualified candidates get an interview.
On the Partner-Exclusive Recruiting Event day, pre-selected candidates participate in a virtual interview event where they are invited to speak to a hiring manager.
