Students worked on developing a business plan for a STEM nonprofit organization that helps minorities, women, and people with disabilities to get into the field of tech. The sponsor had a vision for the future, as well as a mission, statement and purpose, but needed assistance with the development of a business plan, using grants and scholarships for funding. Capitalizing on past semesters' work by prior teams, the students continued to engage with stakeholders and developed a specific business model and action plan for the organization.
