Students helped a small international manufacturer develop an acquisition strategy for their specialized ventilation equipment used in corrosive environments. This included market analysis to explore potential acquisition directions (scenarios and pros & cons of downstream, horizontal integration with direct or indirect competitors, synergistic non-competing products, traditional or innovative, etc.) The project identified potential targets for illustration and exploratory purposes.
