Marshal Yuan

Marshal Yuan, PTC Physics & Mechanical Engineering Tutor, is a Mechanical Engineering major at NYU Tandon with minors in Robotics and Computer Engineering. He also serves as a Teaching Assistant in the NYU Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, supporting undergraduate courses in core mechanical engineering subjects. With hands-on experience spanning aerospace manufacturing, additive manufacturing research, and student engineering teams, Marshal brings a strong foundation in mechanics, design, and applied problem-solving. His academic interests center on mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and translating theory into real-world engineering practice. Outside the classroom, he enjoys working on prototyping projects, CAD and CNC machining, and collaborating on interdisciplinary engineering teams. Marshal is excited to help fellow students build confidence and succeed in their mechanical engineering journey.
