Kat Wongsrisoontorn, PTC Computer Science Tutor, is in the BS/MS program, completing a BS in Integrated Design and Media and an MS in Computer Science. She was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, but spends most summers with her family in Florida. Kat is a foodie who loves shabu-shabu, authentic Thai food, and jasmine green tea. She also enjoys gymnastics and singing. Originally an IDM major, she decided to pursue a second degree in Computer Science after discovering her passion for programming. Having experienced the steep learning curve herself, she hopes to help students work through challenges and build confidence in their skills. Kat is excited to be a PTC tutor and looks forward to meeting everyone <3
