Working on developing an integrative mathematical framework to model the plastic supply chain from a cradle-to-cradle perspective. My research critically examines the implications of circularity and decarbonization targets on decision-making processes within the supply chain, providing strategic insights for stakeholders including technology developers, policy makers, and industry practitioners. A key component of my work involves the evaluation of advanced recycling technologies, with particular emphasis on microwave-assisted reactors for plastic waste upcycling, to assess their potential contributions toward sustainable resource management and the advancement of circular economy principles.
