Poly Ph.D. candidate receives American Chemical Society environmental chemistry award

Jennifer Haghpanah, a materials chemistry Ph.D. candidate, has received a 2008 Graduate Student Award in Environmental Chemistry from the American Chemical Society’s Division of Environmental Chemistry.

The competitive award encourages and rewards outstanding graduate students working towards degrees related to environmental chemistry.

Jennifer is in her second year at Poly. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Quinnipiac University in chemistry and math with a concentration in polymer chemistry characterization.
