The Linux Foundation expands Agentic AI push with third major project
The Linux Foundation launched its third agentic AI project in three months with the Agent Gateway Project, designed to secure communication and enhance interoperability in multi-agent environments. Professor Justin Cappos noted that "one of the biggest open security problems today is how to do MCP security effectively." The project addresses critical issues with role-based access control and visibility in agent-based AI systems.
