Busy Weekend for Jays Sports Teams
Brooklyn, NY - There's a full slate of games this weekend for the NYU-Poly athletic department, as baseball, softball, men's tennis, and men's soccer all take to the fields and courts for contests. Overall the softball team is 12-8 (3-1 Skyline), baseball is 3-9 (3-7 Skyline) and men's tennis is 3-1 (2-0 Skyline).
Saturday at Floyd Bennett Field, the baseball team will host SUNY IT, while the softball team hosts Sage Colleges. Both contests begin at 1:00pm. Meanwhile the men's tennis team travels to Bard for a very important Skyline Conference showdown.
On Sunday, softball travel to St. Joseph's for a Skyline Conference tilt with the Golden Eagles, while St. Joseph's baseball team comes to Floyd Bennett field for a double-header with the NYU-Poly baseball team. Also, Sunday the men's soccer team travels to Manhattanville to play in a tournament, as part of their non-traditional season.
