Fall 2026 New Graduate Student Orientation will be August 25-27, 2026

Registration for Fall NGSO is now open! Register for NGSO through the general registration link.

Please register for the NGSO Session on August 25, 2026 if you are one of the following programs:

  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Biotechnology
  • Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship
  • Computer Science
  • Construction Management
  • Environmental Science
  • Financial Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Management of Technology
  • Mathematics

Please register for the NGSO Session on August 26, 2026, if you are one of the following programs:

  • Applied Quantum Science and Technology
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Cybersecurity
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Emerging Technologies
  • Integrated Design and Media
  • Mechanical Engineering

Pre-Arrival Checklist

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (Office of Global Services)

  • Complete the arrival form and submit your immigration documents to OGS online in August. You will need PDF or JPG copies of the following items to upload to the form:
    • passport
    • F-1 or J-1 visa
    • I-94 record, I-20 or DS-2019
    • and your dependent's documents (if you have a spouse or children here with you as F-2 or J-2 dependents). You can ONLY complete this once you have arrived in the United States.
