Tanzima Razzak is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in product, project, and program management as well as serving as a Scrum Master. She has led and supported initiatives across trading, risk, and compliance technologies at top-tier institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Thomson Reuters, The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, and Morgan Stanley.

Tanzima brings deep expertise in industry-standard delivery frameworks such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile, consistently driving projects that deliver measurable, tangible results. She is known for her strong interpersonal communication, public speaking abilities, and analytical problem-solving skills.
