Catherine Dodge is a Principal Product Manager at Adobe, where she leads work to transform complex security data into clear, decision-ready metrics for engineers, security leaders, executives, and the board. Her work focuses on a challenge faced by many security organizations: determining which measures matter, connecting technical signals to business and risk outcomes, and communicating security performance in ways that enable better decisions and more intentional tradeoffs.
Prior to Adobe, Catherine worked on foundational cloud security technologies at Amazon Web Services, where she helped launch and scale services including AWS Security Hub, IAM Access Analyzer, Amazon Inspector, and AWS IoT Device Defender. Her work at AWS resulted in six issued patents.
Catherine brings both technical depth and a practical understanding of how security programs operate inside complex organizations. She began her career as a security engineer in the intelligence community and holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, which she attended through the U.S. federal CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service program. She is a DEF CON Black Badge holder for winning the 2004 Capture the Flag competition and holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Wellesley College.
