Richard Migdalski

Polytechnic Alumni Association - Executive Vice President (Term ending August 31, 2019)

Richard Migdalski is a Senior Director & Human Resources Business Partner at AXA in the US. He currently provides strategic HR support to the Life Insurance and Employee Benefits businesses, including leadership coaching, talent management, organizational development, compensation strategy, and recruiting, among other human capital functions. 

Rich is a graduate of the Tandon School of Engineering at NYU (formerly Polytechnic University) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management (2008) and a Master’s in Organizational Behavior (2010).  As a student, Rich held many leadership positions including Captain of the Varsity Tennis Team, Assistant Coach of the Women’s Varsity Tennis Team, Work Study Supervisor for the Athletics Department, Peer Counselor Administrator, Graduate Assistant for Student Development and an active Brother of the Lambda Chi Alpha National Fraternity.
