How to Apply to Bridge Program
Individuals who wish to apply for the Bridge program must complete an application. The Bridge program starts every winter (January), spring (April), and summer (July) semester.
At this time, for certain states NYU is unable to enroll students into any online courses. To make sure that your state is not listed in the restricted states list please visit our State Restrictions page.
In order to qualify for the Bridge program, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, which includes a minimum of FOUR YEARS of full-time study.
- Online Application
- Transcripts - Transcripts are required to be submitted from each post-secondary university you have previously attended. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the application, as long as they show your complete academic history. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, which includes a minimum of four years of full-time study. Applicants whose transcripts are not from the United States must provide English translated and evaluated versions of their transcripts that are on a US 4.0 GPA Scale.
- Resume - A copy of your most recent résumé or curriculum vitae must be uploaded to the online application.
- Statement of Purpose - A statement of purpose is required for each applicant and should convey, in 500 words or less, why you wish to pursue the Bridge program.
