NYU Women in Business and Entrepreneurship (WIBE) is an inclusive community at the Tandon School of Engineering dedicated to bridging the gap for women entering high-impact, male-dominated industries. The club serves as a vital hub where technical innovation meets professional ambition, cultivating a powerful web of connections among women. The organization is driven by a mission to provide specific opportunities and strategic tools required to empower individuals, ensuring they have the confidence and resources to lead in whatever innovative fields they choose to pursue.

Members gain access to a curated curriculum of workshops, pitch sessions, and leadership training designed to translate engineering skills into business success. The club recently visited the Marex x WIBE Office, an exclusive career exploration event centered on commodities, trading, and finance. Club members had the unique opportunity to step into the Marex offices for a deep dive into the industry, featuring a high-level panel with the COO of Capital Markets, the Head of Treasury, and the Head of Prime Services. This immersive experience allowed students to gain firsthand insights into landing internships and full-time roles while building their professional networks with top-tier executives.
