Global Challenge: Data-driven Innovation
I believe that engineering principles are growing to embody the core of innovation, sustainability, healthcare, and economics. Being a member of the Global Leaders and Scholars in STEM will allow me to utilize my technical interests for greater causes.
Bio:
I am a senior majoring in computer science with a minor in mathematics at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. I am also pursuing a masters in Financial Engineering through the BS/MS program.
This past summer, I worked as a consulting analyst intern at TransUnion, analyzing large financial datasets to generate actionable insights for financial institutions. I also work as a teaching assistant and head of inventory for the NYU General Engineering course. At NYU Abu Dhabi, I worked as a research assistant at the Center for Interacting Urban Networks, gaining skills in operations research and supply chain optimization. I also serve as the treasurer of the NYU Lebanese Club.
Outside of academics and work, I enjoy playing soccer and going to the gym.
